No files listed for CD-ROM due to the improperly inserted CD-ROM.
Cause:
CD-ROM was not properly inserted into the CD-ROM drive.
Solution:
Remove CD-ROM from drive, place the CD-ROM onto the drive tray with bottom surface toward the tray, and close the drive door.
1) Remove the CD-ROM from the drive tray and properly insert the CD-ROM into the drive by placing disk with the bottom surface down into the drive tray and closing the drive door.
2) From the folder or Explorer window displaying the file directory of the CD-ROM, select the 'View' menu and select 'Refresh'.
